still away and no way to weigh myself. didn't work out this morning or yesterday morning....I got a cold that has me down. I still have to work so I didn't want to overdo it.
I've been good with my eating, I think. I've stayed away from the fizzy drinks (even diet/no calorie ones). so far things are going well in the new year
