ok it has been awhile since I be keeping up with my intake, but I do my run and walking every day. Since then I only lost a few pounds so now I am trying to keep up with what I put into my body. I am wishful that I will start back losing 4 to 8 pounds a month. I do believe it is become a habit for me, but I still want to get down to 155 to 160. So that another 13 to 18 pounds I need to loss. I believe that the last 15 to 20 is the hardest to get rid of. I am in a size 9/ 10 in cloths, but when I look in the mirror I can always see something else I need to do. I guess by me being a big girl at one time I still look in the mirror and see that person that use to weight 290 pounds, even after losing 117 pounds.
