The only thing good about the gym this morning was the beautiful sunrise over the Cascade Mountains, and my favorite Under Armour Pink and Black workout stuff.

Slogged through every exercise with little energy, don't know why, ate well yesterday, had my gallon of water. Slept pretty well (for a menopausal woman anyway)jumped out of bed at 0430,didn't linger in comfort.
