Well, I guess you can say I fell off the wagon. The last six months have been really rough on me and I completely gave up on my weight loss. In fact I put on a few pounds because I didn't care. I was unhappy and didn't care much about anything. But I'm happy to say that I am trying to get back on track and hopfully I can stick with it. I'm currently injured (sprained ankle) and will be in my walking cast for at least another 2 weeks. The Dr said I can walk, but as far as anything else (as far as working out anyway) I'm supposed to keep it easy until I'm healed. So, I'll be eating healthy and walking as much as I can. No more fast food or soda. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it.
