I tell you one of the toughest exercises has to be the ones containing iso holds. My last exercise tonight was a 60 sec iso hold in push-up position immediately followed by 50 pushups without rest. 💪


Tonight was back and chest

10 sets of barbell rows
10 sets of incline bench press

Inverted row with 60 sec iso hold followed by 35 reps

Pushups with 60 sec iso hold followed by 50 reps
