I am getting there, slowly but surely. After reading a few forum posts here on FS, I decided to recalculate the amount of calories I should be taking in by looking at the calculators on WebMD and MayoClinic. FS is way high, and I was shooting for way low. WebMD and Mayo were close, but I decided to go with the WebMD amount of 1439. I had been at the bare minimum of 1200 - and not following it as closely as I should as of late. The bump in allowed calories seemed to work - surprisingly got me out of my short plateau.
So far so good, I'd like to incorporate some working out to my plan, but I just can't seem to find the time. I am more conscious of my moving, and try to take the long way walking or taking the stairs when I can. I would like to get back into weight training though, at some point. Probably not a good idea until I finish my "cutting" phase though.
