Hi everyone it’s been a while since I was on here, but still working away. Left photo is my current state right photo from last year August time. I turned vegan after August, lost 34 Lbs in 3 months and I have been maintaining my weight currently at 76Kg. I lost muscle mass to begin with. But since then I trained very intensely to get the muscle mass back. I have been doing a 35min fasted cardio every morning 7 days a week followed by an intense weight workout in the afternoon or evening. I have a personal trainer who has pushed me beyond my comfort zone.

Well done ... it’s hard work , I still struggle with nutrition... but hope one day I too can gain more muscle and lose the fat ?? Any tips please share .. I’ve 2 pt sessions each week ( push & pull ) and do at least 60-90 mins cardio x5 days ? Results are slow 🤔
