@lessthan15 so I once posted on FS that I wasn’t sure what my macros should be and someone on here explained to me that it’s different for all of us. He gave me his email address (laurencemerlin@bigpond.co.za). I contacted him and he helped me so much. He worked out what my calorie intake should be using a formula; my calorie intake vastly differed to what this app says it should be. He also worked out what my macros should be based on my weight and goal weight etc. I suggest you contact him and I’m sure he will help you work out what yours should be.

@lessthan15 but to answer your question, based on my weight, height, BMI etc., I have 1175 calories per day with a macro split of 40, 30, 30 😊
