Hey girlie. Try to commit ONE day out of the week to eat the things you crave. Like for instance I call my Saturdays, fat snack Ssooooaturday. I don't eat any sweets ,snacks , carbs ALL week but when that Saturday comes im treating myself. It works soooo well. It was hard the first week but I've noticed my cravings kinda calmed down and I don't as crazy with the snacking. I hope this works for you or maybe even stems another idea for you to try yourself. You can do it !,lets fight the fat and get our sexy back
