I've dieted most of my life - even when I was only overweight - I'm now a fat person although the BMI tells me I'm morbidly obese :( I've started the Fast800 diet and follow this programme Monday to Friday and at the weekends I eat low carb and do not count calories and I have good sized meals.

It's working so far :) I've lost weight and it's being noticed by colleagues and friends who don't see me every day. Its not easy though and I have to convince myself to stick with it for my daughter's wedding photographs in August 2020 - which I'd just love to feel confident enough to be in the front row.
