I just want to check, how do I work out how many calories and carbs etc I should consume daily to maintain my weight? I'm currently trying to keep to 1300 and don't watch my carb count etc. I just watch calories. I am sure that i should be eating more but not 100%

The app will work it out for you. You need to go to settings, general,then RDI and press “recalculate”. Put in your current measurements then select “maintain”.

Thank you. I just did that and it takes it up to 2400! Yikes. Seems hectic but OK. I average on 1200 to 1500 now and happy with what I eat but I should probably up it then.
