Today was a day of shear will power and determination!!! I was on my feet all day, tired and guess what??? Yup it was leg day. 😢
I pushed through with:
10 sets of deadlifts
10 sets of squats
Jump squats to failure
physioball hamstring curls to failure (see pic)
I thought these hamstring curls where going to be a joke. Man was I wrong. My hammies were killing me 🔥
So glad I didn’t skip my workout today. 💪💪
