So I work for family , more so my hubby aunty , so we having our xmas braai this Saturday. Now I don't eat red meat for like 15 years now , just dnt like the taste no health issues. Now we are asked to give our drinks menu, I know this is my issues especially holiday season but I so want to not lose sight on my diet. Any ideas what I can drink without feeling guilty.

I know this will sound crazy. But if I'm going to drink... It's generally tequila. I know, I know. Tequila has a bad rep. But I drink it with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. It's quite refreshing. You can even add a dash of salt and it's like a low cal margarita!

Dry wine (red or white) is about 1 calorie per ml. So a glas of wine is about 150ml = 150 calories. Any spirits (Brandy, whiskey, vodka, etc.) is about 75 calories per tot.
