Hi Diana - I really dont have a recipe, I didnt actually make it - just enjoyed it. I do know it was made with lean ground turkey, chopped onions, egg whites, and left over rice. Im assuming it was all kinda kneaded together like a giant meatball and put in the pepper to bake. Then we use stewed tomatoes over the top. Good luck experimenting!

Thanks :) I will since I've got 6 green peppers in the fridge just waiting for me to do something with them instead of throwing them in the freezer.

Roast the peppers with cabbage, cauliflower, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli or broccolini and some sliced up Turkey kilbasa. Drizzle with balsalmic vinegar before serving

nice! my hubby makes it with 1 pound ground beef, 1 pound italian sausage, meatloaf mix, 2 eggs, 1 c milk, breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1 onion and 1/2 green pepper. Crazy good.
