Ok, I have been putting off weighing in because TOM and all his extra water baggage has decided to move in this week. My ankles are back to looking like donut rolls. I will be weighing on Friday but I feel good about this week even though old TOM and his friend CRAMPS has been hanging around. Been trying to get into the BEACH challenge but as I was late with my emails I may have to settle for just being a beachcomber instead of a Bahama Moma. oh well, snooze, you lose....actually I was out of town without the computer or laptop
I even had my 5 point system worked out:
1 pt for 7 hours sleep 1 pt for 64 oz water 1 pt for 20 carbs or less per day 1 pt for at least 15 min of exercise 1 pt for 30 min or more of exercise
Day 1: 4 points Day 2: 4 points Day 3: so far a 4 point day
