I'm doing real well. However, I'm hungry alot and MUST cut down (should really cut out but won't) veggies and salads. Too much roughage-I'll probably keep to more complex carbs which I intended not too, but I can't make myself sick. Only the scale will tell!

Gosh are veggies really a problem? Why are you cutting back on veggies and salads? I always lose better when I eat MORE veggeies and salads and cut back on protein and carbs? are you having food allergies or reacations to veggies?

How about adding in some lean protein like fish, tuna, or chicken... to help fill ya up?

I agree with the lean protein. Protein always helps me fill full. Hang in there!

If I don't get my veggies and salads, the scale climbs up! Once I've got them pumping up my meals, the scale starts to move down again! That just goes to show that everyone is different and eventually we all figure out what works best for us. Hang in there! You can do it!
