Nice nice nice! As usual, I had my doubts this week. I was certainly not on my best behavior, I was also busy much of the week and under more stress than usual. I guess being good the rest of the time and keeping up with my workouts was good enough, this time.
It does make one wonder, if I was well behaved every single day what would occur? Shan't find out this week as it's Thanksgiving, a week I historically gain on. If I remember I will try to weigh in on that day, otherwise it will likely be December before I weigh in again.
