I had a good walk today and lost another 2 lbs I don't feel deprived at all though the amount of salad I was suggested Last night was a bit daunting 3 cups. I did drink more water yesterday than i have in a long while and that may contribute to the weightloss. I am also proud of myself for resisting the diet pepsi urge I may not tonight as i am out for dinner at milestones with my girls.
