I really wanted to take a stab at working out and eating healthy this week but sinus headaches and cramps have gotten the best of me :o(

Hate to hear that you are not doing well. For me, the spring allergies have hit ahead of spring! But the week has only begun - you can make up for lost time as soon as you feel better.

Yeah the allergies came on strong this season! All at once and about knocked me out! I will definitely make up for it. I cannot wait to get outside and soak up some sun :)
