It's my 'train delayed, caught in a deluge of rain, haven't eaten since this morning' alternative to cooking lol 😉 My son had a posh pizza, this was ready fast enough to ensure I wasn't tempted, all good calorie wise today.

I love beans an toast. And they arent really naughty at all! And much better than pizza. I am always shocked by the amount of calories even in a thin and crispy pizza. And of course I can't just have a slice...................

Chips lol? That's a carefully weighed ounce of cheese on beans on butterless toast 😂 Rare that I don't cook from scratch even when I'm pressed for time, this was an OK choice on a really crap night that stayed on plan. Better a flexible compromise than an oh soddit fail imo 🙂
