How is your skin? I see you don’t eat much fats in your food. You only recently added eggs.

Never had a problem with it hey. I am brining fats back in slowly. Just nervous of putting weight back on. I did however use sunflower oil in this and also a tin of tomato and onion. But it was cut off when I posted it

My skin tends to dry out when I cut back too much on the fats. Slowly add them back in. Eggs are great and avocado, olives and olive oil. As long as your carbs are low. It shouldn’t affect your weight loss. You already eat a lot of green things and a few veg. That together with those fats, it will hydrate your skin.

Yeah I love my veg. I generally as a rule stay away from sugar so I don't struggle with that. My weakness is pasta and potatoes.
