Hi everybody, sorry I've been kind of MIA. I'm just really tired. At first I thought it was jet lag, but the extra fatigue has hung around.

I've made it to my exercise classes, shopped, cooked simple meals, ran errands, but then I'd tend to hit the wall.

I had my physical therapist check out my injured foot; she can't figure it out, the bump on the bottom of my foot, the continued pain. After she examined it and tried to massage out the bump gently, the pain flared up to some pretty unbearable levels. I'm thinking of visiting a podiatrist.

Well, none of that has kept me from my Zumba and Silver Sneakers classes (haven't felt up to trying a willPower & grace class). The sun is shining; this weekend it might even be warm enough to wear my Maui shorts out and about! Anything over 60 degrees calls for sandals and short in my book, lol!

I've had a lot to think about, after being with my partner 24/7 for two weeks. Lots of deep thoughts about emotional eating, compassion, etc. I'll journal about it another time; partner's on way home so I'm going to start dinner.
