I need to find some way to distract myself from food when I am at home... Yesterday at this time, I was a little nibbly, but I resisted until lunch. But I was at school. Today, though... I feel peckish and I eat. Even logging it is not making me resist. Ugh. At least it is early, and I can still be careful for the rest of the day!
