Hey guys thank you so much. I only drink water and when going out I limit myself to only 2 cans of tonic water which is delicious. When i want something warm i drink tea without milk and with sweatner. I have 3 meals each with leavy greens and my breakfast is my biggest meal dinner preferebly below 500 cals otherwise the remainder of my calorie limit. I also limit my dairy and white bread and pasta and I also try to only eat meats like ham, chicken and fish staying away from fatty meats. If I do go off my meal plan and over my cals I limit my next day and increase my water ❤️ do you guys have any other tips?

Wow u very disciplined 👍💪i should move in with u for a week😉thanx for the tips!!! Its most definitely gonna help im sure. Specially the calorie in take for dinner.

Currently 1500 per day I use calculator.net to calculate my calories needed for extreme weight loss. They also give a zigzag calorie diet schedule which is something similar to carb cycling but with calories. Only exercise currently is speed walking. But after my 2nd month of adjusting to my eating habits I'm starting a weight and cardio gym program with a trainer and I'll be posting those pictures aswell 😁

My main calorie target is 1500 but like I mentioned iys a zigzag schedule so I would either stick to that or like on previous comments I'd just reduce my calorie intake for the next day by for example replacing a meal with a protein shake. My protein shakes are between 350 and 400 calories which is amazing.
