Back down to 193.4 today. Which was my low earlier in the week. Was so busy I missed my afternoon snack yesterday, so I finished the day under 1300 calories. I made turkey burgers for dinner, which turned out very well. Was tempted to have four or five french fries, just to give me a taste of them and squelch any cravings, but opted for the safer choice of steamed brocolli.

I am expecting calories today to end up somewhere in the 1300 ballpark, unless I have a lot of hunger and add a little more somewhere. Sometimes I will have a small sugar free candy if I have hunger during the day...I like Russell Stover's sugar free coconut. It's like a mini Mounds bar. 50-60 calories, but satisfying to my sweet tooth. Having a couple of wheat blend pancakes with blueberries for breakfast this morning (with an egg, for added protein), then not cooking the rest of the day. Sandwiches and leftovers rule today. I have several projects in the works around here, so a day without so much kitchen time will be most welcome.

I've been considering recording my weight here every day. It always felt like overkill to me, to go into the chart every day. But I'm wondering if it might be a useful tool for me. I record my weight daily at the bottom of my food journal spreadsheet, but that doesn't provide the visual that the chart here provides. I may try it for a little while, see how it goes.
