Not going to weigh in at all this week as it is shark wrrk and hormones obviously fluctuate your weight, and hold back water.
On the other hand O geqr that I eat too little in a day beacause I am ofen under 1000 calories but if I'm not hungry I am not going to force myself, so if anyone has advice that this is still fine it would be of much help.

Intermittent fasting is a great tool for weight loss. So you are on the right path. You absolutely don't have to eat if you are not hungry.

I'm doing keto and I often struggle to get more than 1000 calories a day. Doctor said it's not a problem as long as I keep taking my vitamins.
