I have not done my measurements for a while, so I thought I would record them and see how I am doing.
Hips:43 (-2.5) Waist:31.5 (-1.5) Chest:43 (+1) Thighs:27 (-.5)
total inches lost: 4.5 inches!!!
You know even though I gained a pound last week, these numbers make me the most excited!! I am very pleased with these results and it keeps me motivated to keep going and to not give up!
