one week of the diet reins has taken a little bit of toll on my weight. Waiting to weigh myself in the morning to get a true, same time off week, record of how I'm doing. Succumbed to Mackay's at work, twice last week. However I am feeling confident that that was then and this is now. Feeling I have the power to draw a line under this week, and start anew tomorrow.
