Another thing i've been thinking about, is that time is going to pass by anyway. Whether i'm eating healthy or not, it's going to inevitably be 2 months from now and i'm going to either look back and be proud of my journey or be disappointed that two months have passed and i'm still in the same spot.
I just need to keep thinking this every day and know that time will go by, it's how i chose to use that time that matters.
