So it's day 5 of eating healthy. I'm pretty proud of myself for sticking with it for so long, as i don't know that i've done that before when trying to lose weight.
As i mentioned yesterday, it's disheartening to lose the pounds so slowly! I probably shouldn't be weighing myself so frequently, but i do it for a confidence boost. Sometimes that works. :-)
I suppose though, that losing so slowly means that if i go off track, i could gain a couple of pounds, which would put me right back to where i started. So that's also motivating me to keep going, i don't want 5 days of hard work to disappear because of one evening of splurging.
Ugh, why does it have to be sooooo hard!?!?
