Alright, I'm feeling better. I'm just about where I was before I left for vacation. I can't believe that it's taken me 12 days to lose like 3 pounds, but whatever. I haven't been 100% dilligent, but at least it's coming off, and that's what important.
Everyone always says that they gain weight on TOM, but I almost always lose weight. Do I have my cravings? Absolutely! Ice cream in the summer is my downfall, but I've been making smart choices and keeping my portions small, or normal.
The first weigh in is on Friday for the Biggest Loser competition we are having here. We did starting weights last week, so this week is to see if anyone has lost. I hope people don't get mad if I lose a lot. I have TOM, I'm losing water weight from vacation, I've got a lot going in my favor, but I know it'll slow up. So I'm not worried.
I haven't been able to get my butt in gear, I've been oversleeping everyday this week. I don't know what's going on with my sleep schedule, but I'm sure it has to do with the pain killers I've been taking (Advil and Tylenol), between cramps and my wisdom teeth, I feel like I'm falling apart at the seams. And I can't do anything about the teeth, because my company still isn't offering medical benefits. So here I sit, painful teeth in my mouth.
Ah well, happy hump day! It's almost the weekend :)
