Home sick not working out tonight and may cancel my personal trainer session for Wed... I start getting active and start coughing up a lung!
Still trying to lose the weight from my gain last week due to TOM... I go see the OBGYN on the 25th if my boss will let me out of work early that day.

Hope that you start feeling better, and that you find some relief for the TOM symptoms. I would tell your boss that this is really important, that you have a dr appt. I am sure he will understand.

I don't know your boss or anything, but I have found it wonderfully beneficial to have male bosses. Anytime you mention a hormonal issue, it's "take all the time you need." Hope all works out for you and you start feeling better soon.

So glad to see you have a Dr. appt. No one's TOM should be that frequent and difficult - you deserve some answers and relief! My TOM went all screwy a few years ago after being normal as clockwork. A few tests later and some minor hormone pills and I was good as new. I'm hoping it will be as "easy" for you too! In the meantime, take it easy, get some extra rest, and, if you can, do some little thing to pamper yourself!

What Sandy said!! Don't know wht your age is, but when I started going into menopause, TOM's visits got closer together, then started getting farther apart, then stopped. Oh, what a great day that was!! lol Other than the hot flashes! lol
