I am still on the 500 cal a day limit. Will be until I reach my goal weight.
My food in a day varies as I am not a big eater. I got fat from sugary alcoholic drinks.
Breakfast is usually something like a tin of tuna, on 2 rye cracker breads. Teaspoon light mayo and maybe some tomato.
Lunch is usually another protein like chicken or hake with either salad or veg (baby marrow, mushroom etc)
Dinner I have something small like a cup of soup lite and may 2 rice cakes. I got over my last plateau by moving my main. Meals to during the day

Once I reach my goal weight I will increase my calories to 1200 a day for until my weight stabilizes then I will introduce sugar and starches back into it
