Off to a running start today!! On track with my eating and had fun swimming with the kids. I think swimming is the best exercise because it is fun and you don't get all hot and sweaty! I am sure this is gonna be another good week for me. I am gonna try to walk 3 miles everyday but it is so hot here right now. my kids have started walking with me so that really helps my motivation.
