So far so good today! I've already gotten one workout in, and I'm going to get another in after work today. I'm back to eating every two hours, so I had a protien shake for breakfast, and a pack of strawberry newtons for my first snack! I'm feeling better already! Yesterday I swam a few laps for an evening workout, so that was nice.
After I took my shower and conditioned my hair, I went to put on my pants, and there was a BUG in my pants! I don't know what kind it was, but it attacked me! It bit my knee, my shoulder and my thigh! Ryan had to come and kill it for me. I'm a little itchy, but I guess I'm okay.
***Lunch Update***
So, I brought some soup for lunch, but when I finished I was still hungry...so I had a fiber one bar. Those things are so yummy! Has anyone noticed any audible side effects from the fiber one bars?
