So far so good today! I've already gotten one workout in, and I'm going to get another in after work today. I'm back to eating every two hours, so I had a protien shake for breakfast, and a pack of strawberry newtons for my first snack! I'm feeling better already! Yesterday I swam a few laps for an evening workout, so that was nice.

After I took my shower and conditioned my hair, I went to put on my pants, and there was a BUG in my pants! I don't know what kind it was, but it attacked me! It bit my knee, my shoulder and my thigh! Ryan had to come and kill it for me. I'm a little itchy, but I guess I'm okay.

***Lunch Update***

So, I brought some soup for lunch, but when I finished I was still hungry...so I had a fiber one bar. Those things are so yummy! Has anyone noticed any audible side effects from the fiber one bars?

I am ok with the fiber ones without affect. However my daughter ate one a few times and had the squirts each time, so the kids can't eat them!

LOL at the Fibre One bars... bullytrouble has nicknamed them "fart bars" so you are not alone in your plight!
