This is the first time in the last 43 days that I have actually struggled to stick to this diet (I have not cheated today). Even though I really struggled not to. I'm so close. Just didn't think I'd have such a hard day so far in! Argh. Maybe early to bed will help. Lol

Its hard but i also dont cheat at all and keep my carbs under 20gr but i have alot of weight to loose so just stay strong and focussed. I must say i wouldnt be able without the support here either every single one of ur support means the world
