Pretty sure Im retaining water. I had a low cal, high activity day yesterday. I got in over 17K steps through some serious yard work and I was too pooped to remember that I still had a yogurt to eat to hit my daily goal. I went to bed without it.

More water, and hitting my step goal are my focus today!
