It's time to get back on track! I just returned from an amazing fishing trip with my family. I, along with my boyfriend, decided not to log food while on the trip. I don't believe I ate too bad. The only thing that I know I did wrong was eat tons of ice cream and pop. Otherwise I didn't change my portion size. Plus I was in the sun most of the day so I'm sure some sunlight did my body good lol.
Anyway, today is the day I start again. =) Wish me luck!!
