Is it on medical advice that you eating so little calories?

I generally try to stick to a 1000 cal a day. But I’ve been so busy these last couple of days that I hardly had time to eat. I have seen a nutritionist / dietician who helped me with an awesome meal plan, especially since I have an issue with my gut.
