I am craving meat, red meat. Like a huge big juicy steak and a shit ton of cold fruit. I just can’t eat enough of them today. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kinda makes me think I need to check my iron levels. But I am way over calories today. I have been running a lot lately, getting ready for a charity run. That could be playing into it also. Good new is my weight hasn’t gone up. I haven’t lost either. But I am okay with that.
