Well, I was doing pretty good until we all went out to dinner last night. It was salad bar and burgers with no bread. My salad plate was small and everyone in the group had four trips and I only had one. And mine wasn't piled very high & I only ate half the burger. Got on the scale this morning and I'm 2 lbs heavier than yesterday... terrible
