Computer was not working for a few days. Had a high calorie day today and didn't count when I was "OFF" FS site. So I have some real changes to make to get back "with the program." I expect tomorrow to be a lower day! Still having mouth pain; now the dentist mentioned TMJ (you know, that trouble one gets with one's jaw hurting, not moving easily). Of course, it has not stopped me from eating, but I am going to see my original dentist this week to check out this diagnosis and to advise me what to do-The dentist who performed my extraction, a "specialist" doesnt explain things too clearly so I want to get a true idea of what I might have, and what I can expect in terms of "healing" since nothing I am doing seems to help. Will be reading up what I have missed on here the past few days. Have a good night all......
