So, I was planning to wear a pair of Khaki colored pants to work today, that I have not worn in awhile. That plan was cancelled when I discovered that they did not fit :(. I guess all the procrastination has to finally come to an end. I have been eating well this week, but the weekend prior was deplorable. A weekend spent up north with no exercise and eating lots of delicious but fatty foods (homemade donuts) is not a good thing. Time to start recording everyhting, so I can see what I am acutally eating and hold myself accountable for it.
