Down another .8 lb today....yayyy! Glad I'm getting back on track. Not sure if I'm going to workout today because I have quite a bit of yardwork to do so i might just count that as working out! The beginning of losing is always great because it seems to come off so fast and easily...I just need to break through the plateaus this time which I have found is my main problem. I get discouraged when i plateau and then eat poorly again. I go back to where I started and its a vicious cycle! UGH! Sorry for the rant but that's what journals are for, right!
