Down from 294. Took the summer off and partook in one too many bags of chips. But started clean again Sept 6. Except for the occasional energy drink or mio water enhancer. So 8 lbs so far. Gonna see if I can keep myself accountable and how low I can go before end of Sept. Keeping in mind healthy food relationships. Gotta remember long term and low and slow. I know I fell but I picked myself up and will try again. Each fall it's bringing a new understanding and a change in my way of thinking. Next weigh in will be end of the month. See y'all then.
