I finally started exercising this week (Sunday). Just walking on the treadmill for starters. Thirty minute walk and notched 2.5 km four days ago on day 1. Today hit 2.8 km. So far so good. Disclaimer: I'm not one of those people who love the gym. But I get that I have to do it, esp, for health reasons.
