15 days into September and still sitting on this plateau of 133 to 135kgs. Beginning of the week i increased calories by 300 cal to 2200cal. Im becoming uncomfortably full. Whats surprising the my weight stayed within my plateau range. Going to give the body the total of 10days to react before i switch up to some other idea to break this 45 day plateau. I also decided to adjust my macros to 39% protein, 31% carbs and 30% fat, which may assist in stimulating my metabolism. Will see how this plays out before i adjust anything else. Just little irritated at the moment with this yo yo ride, but soon the string will snap and the yo will be heading downwards.

I just read an interesting article about high fibre diets (35g per day) and revving up the metabolism. I'm also at a plateau so I'm going to try uping my fibre

@kather, my dietary fiber was 49g today, 36 yesterday, 44g the day before and so on. Not sure whats going on, but ill find the right combination in due course
