Hate to weight myself today, I goin to after my run/ walk in a hour or 2. My doctor has change my HTN medication to lisinopril from HCTZ, findin out the lisinopril does not work as wel as a water pill as the HCTZ, but its does help my blood pressure to stay normal more and my headaches are alot better now only having headache maybe once a week now. I need to call and talk to him and ask him to change my RX to the combo RX of these two medications. My hands are stayin swollen now more in the morning time. But havin alot of stress in my life at this time, sometimes I wonder if it is better for me to end my relationship with my BF. I have open my eyes and now I know that he will never change. I been tryin for the last 2 years to help stop drinkin so much, but I see he is not even tryin. He stay in bed until noon or later then all he does is sit on the cough and start drinkin and c/o y his life is so bad and what other ppls are doing wrong in thier life. He need tho wake up and smell the rose and take a good look at his. I know I puttin stuff on here I have no business to but I really do need to get if off my chest. I do believ he is bringin my down and he is no good for me now.
