Monday and Tuesday are my heavier fasting days because of my work schedule. It works perfectly because it allows me to follow a day on/day off method of intermittent fasting as opposed to the typical 16/18 all the time. I believe breaking up your diet routine is one key to weight loss.

Thanks all. I may have slightly different goals as I’m not strictly focused on the scale so FatSecret doesn’t really allow me to track LBM like I’d prefer but I’m just watching my waist size and will soon take some full body measurements again. I haven’t taken them for about 6 months or more so it’ll be interesting.
