Ouch,ouch , ouch!!! My feet are killing me!!!!!!! I waitressed for 9 hours today and I am exhausted!I didn't work out because I can't feel my legs!LOL!

yeah sounds like a new pair of shoes with more support might be in your future...you might try doing an exercise that you can lay on the floor so that your feet dont have to be used to support you...

Aye, yai, yai! Oh, how I know that pain. I'm sorry!! I have to say, yes, great shoes for that kind of time on them, is a must. I have the best neighbor ever, who happens to own a Red Wing boot store, and I can go in there and get the best fitting pair of tennis shoes or New Balance from him and my feet are happier than ever. :) Take some breaks, get some gel insoles or some other relief!
